This seven week programme will run in Johnsonville at the Johnsonville Plunket Clinic on Fridays for 2 hours starting on Friday 21 February 2025 and finishing Friday 4 April 2025

He aha te utu/cost: $35 (please note that if this cost is prohibitive for you, but you feel you would benefit from the programme, continue to register and we can work around this)
